This policy covers P9Source.com — part of the Digital Fortress alongside Paragon9.com and GregScottKirk.com. We collect the minimum data required to operate. Nothing is sold. Nothing is rented. No plastic casings.

We do not operate a contact form. We do not collect names, phone numbers, or payment information.

2. How We Use It

• Email — to deliver your authentication link and maintain your session. If you opted in at signup, we may occasionally contact you with relevant updates or services from P9Source and Paragon9. Every message includes a one-click unsubscribe.
• Analytics — to understand which content is valuable and how the site performs. Aggregated only.

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Any direct outreach from us is first-party only and requires your explicit opt-in at signup.

3. Third Parties

Three essential service providers have limited access to data as required for operation:

• Cloudflare — CDN and infrastructure. Handles edge caching and DDoS protection. May process request metadata (IP address, headers) in transit.
• Google Analytics 4 — anonymized site analytics. Data is processed under Google's terms. No cross-site tracking or remarketing is enabled.
• SendGrid — email delivery provider used to send magic link authentication emails.

No other third parties receive your data.

4. Cookies

This site sets two categories of cookies:

• p9_session — an authentication session cookie. Set only when you log in via magic link. HttpOnly, expires after 30 days or on logout. Required for accessing gated content.
• _ga, _gid — Google Analytics measurement cookies. Used to distinguish sessions for aggregated analytics. No marketing or retargeting purpose.

No marketing cookies. No retargeting pixels. No third-party ad networks.

5. Data Retention

• Email addresses — retained as long as your account exists. Deleted upon request.
• Session records — automatically expire after 30 days. Cleared immediately on logout.
• Analytics data — retained per Google Analytics default settings (14 months). We do not extend this.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — request that inaccurate data be corrected.
• Deletion — request removal of your data. We will acknowledge within 72 hours and resolve within 30 days.
